Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25 2026

These terms are a contract between you and SprintDraft Ltd (“SprintDraft”, “we”) and govern your use of sprintdraft.com and the SprintDraft browser extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, email hello@sprintdraft.combefore signing up.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create a SprintDraft account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. The free plan

The free plan includes 5 generations per month and 5 saves to your Intelligence Hub, refreshed at the start of each calendar month. We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice as the product evolves. Your saved artefacts are not affected when limits change.

3. The Pro plan

The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Pro members get unlimited generations, full library access, voice input, and priority context inference. The first 100 Pro members lock the Founding price (£19/month) for the life of their subscription. Standard pricing applies once the Founding cap is reached.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your saved artefacts remain available on the free tier afterwards.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on the first paid invoice of a Pro subscription. Email support@sprintdraft.comwithin 7 days of your first charge and we will refund the full amount and downgrade your account. Renewals are not automatically eligible; case-by-case requests are still considered. The full policy is at contact us.

5. Acceptable use

SprintDraft is built for professionals producing sprint-ready artefacts. You agree not to use the service to:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes a third party’s rights.
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or scrape outputs at a rate that exceeds normal human use.
  • Share account credentials with anyone outside your immediate workstation.
  • Resell, white-label, or otherwise commercialise SprintDraft output without a written agreement.
  • Bypass rate limits, paywalls, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. We will email the affected account holder before suspension where it is safe to do so.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit and everything SprintDraft generates for you. We do not claim any rights over your inputs or your artefacts beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

We do not use your inputs or outputs to train models. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages may happen. Status updates are communicated by email to active Pro subscribers when an incident affects paid features for more than two hours.

8. Disclaimers

SprintDraft is a productivity tool. Generated artefacts are a starting point that you are expected to review and edit before using in production work. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on generated content.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprintDraft excludes all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprintDraft’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid SprintDraft in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. SprintDraft is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be brought before the courts of England and Wales.
